Building a capsule wardrobe is equivalent to building the foundation of a home. It requires time, patience, mindfulness, awareness, and strategic planning. Once you’ve accumulated the pieces to your capsule wardrobe, getting dressed becomes an effortless task, giving you a bit more mental capacity and energy to make decisions elsewhere in life. These pieces will ideally stay with you for many seasons and many years. Your personal style can be built upon your capsule wardrobe as you gradually add unique pieces that tell a story about who you are.
